amc srt only if no track in that language

Hi rednoah!

Is there a way to tell amc to download subtitles only if none of the audio tracks are in that specific language?
Or more: only download if the above is true and there is no subtitle track inside or in separate file?

It one of the above is possible how can I achieve that?
