After finding that Filebot was living (different versions) in 3 places on my computer (no clue why...I have ONLY EVER installed into P:\Program Files\FileBot) Anyway, I did a full uninstall and deleted all the other versions and all associated files. One thing I never found was the actual ERROR LOG file in any version except for one that was where it never should have been...and that error log had only one entry in it from 2016. And that version was quite old.
My suggestion is this...please make the error log accessible from INSIDE Filebot. This way we don't have to go hunt it down when someone asks us to show them our log file when trying to troubleshoot.
