QNAP doesn't seem to try to run that command.
I'm still learning QNAP. I have checked in /var/log but found nothing.

Edit: OK Qnap refused to update throught filebot repository. I had to download the qpkg file to manually update it (maybe if I uninstalled and reinstalled it will have been ok). Anyway, everything is fine now. Thx

I'm having the same issue on a Qnap server. Where can I find the latest stable release? I got FileBot 4.9.0 (r7063).

I had the same issue, the only solution I got is to launch through ssh the "filebot-node-service.sh start"
