The *-portable.tar.xz isn't suitable for "installed" deployment. You'll want to start with *-aur.tar.xz instead and then add patches (i.e. modify filebot.sh to suit the environment) as needed. The error message above means that JavaFX is not in the module path. Yeah, saw you message about...
