Re: [HELP] model function not working in Format

For this: {source} {vc} {ac} I got errors for all the fields (source is not an issue as I believe the group Reaktor is not in your list) but the vc and ac gave this error: Could not initialize class net.filebot.mediainfo.MediaInfoLibrary 1. As proven from the test above, MediaInfo doesn't work for a...

Re: [HELP] model function not working in Format

Okay so it seems the problem is definitely with just MediaInfo, I tried using the model function with other tags that are not MediaInfo tags and the format works, despite the Edit Format window still giving the NullPointerException. The MediaInfo issue seems to be with all files that I try, although...

Re: [HELP] model function not working in Format

So I uninstalled Java 9 and downgraded to Java 8 and ran Filebot using the .exe file, and I still get the same error when I try to check the MediaInfo bindings. And also the NullPointerException from the model function.

So in short, I should switch to Java 8. Thanks, I'll try that and get back to you.

Re: [HELP] model function not working in Format

Both my JRE and Filebot installations are in 64-bit so I don't see what could be the issue here... Also, the mediainfo binding doesn't explain the NullPointerException I'm getting in the format does it?

Re: [HELP] model function not working in Format

I tried a bunch of different anime. I tried checking the MediaInfo bindings and got this error: Unable to load amd64 (64-bit) native library MediaInfo.dll: Could not initialize class net.filebot.mediainfo.MediaInfoLibrary The other thing that I noticed is that my version of JRE is 9.0.4 which is the...

[HELP] model function not working in Format

Sometime last year I created a topic similar to this which ended with rednoah saying that it was an issue that was fixed in a new release. I have now updated to v4.7.15 but the problem still persists with this section of my format: ({model.collect{ [it.source, it.vc, it.ac] }.transpose()*.minus(null...

So I should download the archive from the HEAD section of sourceforge? I tried and I'm having trouble extracting the .gpg file. I have the GPG CLI installed.

Re: [HELP]MediaInfo Related Bindings Only On Some Files Not Working After Format

1. The Format Editor doesn't display an error because I think the expression is correct syntax-wise. EDIT: Looks like it does display something: Binding "model": java.lang.NullPointerException I only got this error from changing the sample file so I don't know if it'll be helpful because s...

Re: [HELP]MediaInfo Related Bindings Only On Some Files Not Working After Format

What have you tried so far to narrow down the problem? @see https://www.filebot.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=4285 I've narrowed it down to it not being a problem with MediaInfo. Apparently it's actually the expression that caused the problem. I apologise for my ignorance but it seems this top...

[HELP]MediaInfo Related Bindings Only On Some Files Not Working After Format

I recently formatted my computer and re-installed FileBot and Java only to find the the MediaInfo related bindings don't seem to work. However, they do work on certain files but don't on others, and I remember having used the same files on FileBot before the format and they worked fine. The bindings...

[HELP] Appending Release Year to Title With Another Twist (Part 2)

So a while ago I made a topic here: https://www.filebot.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=4230 asking for a way of appending the Release Year to the title since I use the primaryTitle binding and I was given the solution but sadly it didn't work out and I was away from organising my collection for ...

Re: [HELP] Appending Release Year to Title With a Twist

rednoah wrote:Have you tried the {ny} binding yet?
That won't work for me since I use the primaryTitle binding and my issue is with the fact that some anime primary titles already include the year so the year would be shown twice.

[HELP] Appending Release Year to Title With a Twist

So I'd like to appened the release year to the title of my shows (mostly anime) but the problem is there are some anime titles that already include the year at the end; "Mushishi Zoku Shou (2014)" for example. I'd like to modify my format to only append the year to the titles that don't al...

Re: [HELP] Missing information leaving blank spaces in filename.

1. Try this: {model.source.minus(null).unique().join('-')} Well it seems I'm right back where I started only with the multiple folder issue solved. Current format: I:/Anime/{primaryTitle.replace(': ',' - ')} [{n.findMatch(group) ? null : group}] ({allOf{model.source.minus(null).unique().join('-')}{...

Re: [HELP] Missing information leaving blank spaces in filename.

It seems we might've had some miscommunication and there seems to be a little hitch in my current format: I:/Anime/{primaryTitle.replace(': ',' - ')} {model.group.unique()} ({model.collect{ [it.source, it.vc, it.ac] }*.minus(null)*.unique()*.join('-').join(' ')})/{primaryTitle.replaceAll(/(?<=\w)[\w...

Re: [HELP] Missing information leaving blank spaces in filename.

That's all in your format, which you neglected to share here. 1. Looking at your other thread, this format is gonna give you unnecessary spaces: ({source} {vf} {vc} {ac}) This expression will handle undefined bindings correctly: {allOf{source}{vf}{vc}{ac}.join(' ')} 2. FileBot can't know in advance...

Thank you very much that's exactly what I wanted for both cases. Sorry I forgot to include my format I'll include that here in-case someone else has the same question: I:/Anime/{primaryTitle.replace(': ',' - ')} [{n.findMatch(group) ? null : group}] ({source} {vf} {vc} {ac})/{primaryTitle.replaceAll...

[HELP] Missing information leaving blank spaces in filename.

http://i.imgur.com/UJL8TiB.png As you can see on the screenshot above if the group is missing I'm left with a set of empty square brackets and if the source is missing there's an unnecessary space after the bracket. Some of the schemes I've seen seem to use an & symbol to prevent this somehow i...

Thanks for the help and quick replies as usual! Also, I can't seem to find the OPs and EDs on the episode finder so is it not possible for me to rename them? And would you be so kind as to explain that example code to me? I'd like to know what each part of it does please: {any{e}{'S'+special}.pad(2)}

[HELP] How to Extract The First First Character From Each Word in The Title

I think the subject explains it for the most part but let me give you a few examples just to make it clear. "The Shawshank Redemption" would become "TSR" "The Exorcism of Emily Rose" would become "TEoER" (Note that I want it to be case-sensitive) "Haikyuu...
