fetching Family poster for whatever TVshows and films

Hi, I start to find this strength behaviour on my Ubuntu server, after upgrade to Filebot version 3.3, it always fetch poster and movie.nfo called "Family", even it already determined the name of the contents. The only reason I can think of is the up level folder named family. E.g. [MOVE] ...

But in other folder such as X-Men The Last Stand (2006), it have *.mpg file. It should be handled properly.

NFO data download script won't find the film title

I have film called "the one" by Jet Li. For some reason after naming it using FileBot, The One (2001), the following script still won't find it, and instead, it gives all other film name. I am running on Ubuntu 12.04, 64 bit, with FileBot 3.2 (r1372) / OpenJDK Runtime Environment 1.6.0_24 ...
