I'm not sure how to make Filebot do what I want. If I drop files into the Rename folder, no matter what I name it, it seems to pull up this entry: https://www.thetvdb.com/series/acquisitions-inc-the-c-team If I go into Episodes and search for Acquisitions Inc. Rename WITHOUT Colons on Windows 10

I'm using one of the defaults which has been great so far: {n} - {S00E00} - {t} However Gotham has a colon in the filename when it is picked up with thetvdb.com which isn't allowed in Windows 10 so I can't get it to actually rename. Is there a way to substiture that colon for just a - (dash) or have...

Had to create a new local user account and prove that I truly was who I said I was just to make the purchase. I seem to be having the same issue as you. Can you clarify what you meant by create a new local account? When you do this to purchase it, do you have to login with your normal account then?
