Re: Rename Folders

I am a bit lost... (because the script doesn't seem to do anything...) To run a script, do I have to use filebot.cmd (to run filebot.jar) or filebot.exe ? I saw"filebotcmd" in the screenshot here . http://www.filebot.net/screenshots/original/cli.png But it seems obvious here that one has t...

Re: Rename Folders

Sorry... I am using the "C:\Program Files\FileBot\filebot.launcher.exe" on Windows Server 2012 Essentials x64. I.e.: the GUI (for dummies like me :D ) I will read carefully the suggested post and see if I can (understand how to) use the script... ! Any plan to integrate that "cleaner&...

incorrect match is adding "original files" without cleaning

Is this a known "feature" ? (If not, I will do further tests and a more "complete" report). I did drag & drop folders in the "Original files" pane of Filebot in order to rename them. After clicking on "Match", many folders were "flagged" with a r...

Re: Error While Loading XML

 as you said, even for a human, it's indeed not always obvious to match... name and nicknames (the mismatch was on Tapei vs Austria) :P Thx a lot for the extra details! I understand the limitation... And fortunately, I don't have to many cases like those so solve... Keep up your great tool ;) V.

Re: Error While Loading XML

Thx for the explanations! (I sent a few biers to Reinhard.. hope he will share with you ;) Maybe to help users (within a future release ?) the Search results list could loop on the results and fetch each title in user's preferred language ?! E.g.: I had a list with 27 matches for "Danny.the.Dog...

Re: Error While Loading XML

Thanks and sorry, I didn't try indeed this title as I was convinced "Dragons: cavalier de Beurk" (french) was the one I was looking for. I didn't realize that "Dragons" was the English name (lid=7) of my serie. I.e.: you suggested me to pick the title Dragon (http://thetvdb.com/?...

Error While Loading XML

http://i.imgur.com/VFw4wam.png Hi, I have the latest version 4.5 from 08/10/2014. I run on Windows Server 2012 Essentials (x64) I wanted to execute filebot -script fn:sysinfo in a filebot console. But when I run that console, it runs automatically filebot (the GUI) as a modal window. I.e.: I cannot...

Re: No spinning "sign" when loading files

Okido... ²

Got it... Works like a charm 8-)

NB.: Major and Minor are displayed in the install/remove programs... But not the revision and build.
I know I have downloaded beta 3... But is this visible somewhere ?

Re: file with multiple episodes

Thanks for the tip... Unfortunately, it doesn't return anything. Both for files with only one episode or several episodes inside, {episode.title.unique()} returns a blank, while {episode.title} returns the right title > "less docs on the more internal stuff, cause it might change over time"...

Re: No spinning "sign" when loading files

Oops... There is new version since last week ? As I can't see the version anywhere, I am not sure which one I have.. So, to be sure: I did re-download the version for my Windows x64 currently available right now on the official webpage (4.2). Once this version installed, I tried again to drop...

Hi, For some series, I have files containing multiple episodes. For such "files", the title of each episode is the same. I when using a format like this one to match naming conventions of my Plex server: {n} - {s00e00} - {t} But with this format, the new name for is like: SerieName - S01E0...

No spinning "sign" when loading files

Hello. I discovered filebot last week. I have to say it's really brilliant! (I used to work with MetaVideoEditor years ago and AdvancedRenamer more recently) It's incredibly not only powerful, but also very well designed and much more user friendly than most other freeware. I am still learning about...

Re: Need some help: BindingException

Do you mean that I won't need two version of Java in the futur, with Java 8 ? I see that there are repack of Java SE Runtime Environment 8u20 into a Dual x86 & x64. But the JRE found on Oracle still comes with two distinct flavor for Windows x86 and x64: http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/ja...

Re: Need some help: BindingException

I had the very same issue. Thx for your answer. The problem for newbies is that most browsers are x86. Therefore, the default java installed when visiting http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp is the x86 One must go to the manual download here to select the x64 version: http://www.java.com/en/d...
