Okay. Darn. I use thetvdb cause then I know Plex will pickup the shows without any problem.
Unless there's a way to mix TVDB and TheMovieDB into a single script. Though that night just be not work then it would even be worth.
Here's to APIv4 getting stable and useable sometime.

Season Names?
Is it possible to pull the Season titles from thetvdb? - Some Shows have titles for the seasons. the current example is MasterClass https://thetvdb.com/series/masterclass and it would be nice to have that just added instead of having to manually add them. - I Tried searching the forums and wasn't ab...

Vf/codec info disappeared from matched movies.
So i opened up filebot to organize some videos today it's been s few weeks/months. And my TV shows worked fine. But movies are not adding b the resolution, or audio/video codecs or sorry channels. My guess it's mediainfo but they are pulling that info on my TV show matches. So I'm not sure what's go...

Re: When is history.xml file updated?
Gui, it was after the rename process maybe one an hour after I was checking files and their audio tracks. One had files that were too long for media player classic to load so I opened it in movies and TV. And it opened (usually they works if file names are too big for media player classic.) but that...

Re: When is history.xml file updated?
My PC restarted yesterday shortly after renaming about 8,000 movies. - and there is no history of those so i can't go back and see or fix any issues i may have missed in that massive rename as i'm sure there were more than a few. so that sucks. (using windows 10)

Re: Matching All Episodes of the same source vs mixed issue.
On I'll mess with that and see what I can do. Thank you.
I guess my main issue is. If I'm matching the source to see if they all match. If I have 2 WEB-DL from different download services they won't match. But I'm sure I'll figure something out.

Re: Matching All Episodes of the same source vs mixed issue.
Trying that and a few variations it returns: [UnsupportedOperationException] But I get the feeling it will look for all sources in my mapping. and if its not in there throw an error. Though i did try to add NF.WEB-DL, and WEB-DL mappings. to test and that didn't help. Also strange cause it shows up ...

Re: Matching All Episodes of the same source vs mixed issue.
Yeah. I don't agree with many of the VS normalizations, Is why I'm not using that. Really I'm just trying to get rid of all my .replace()'s I have in my script for my sources and move them to an easier to manage csv file. But this adding the streaming as part of the {source} is new.

Re: Matching All Episodes of the same source vs mixed issue.
That seems to be working. i'm not sure why i didn't think to turn it all uppercase. Thank you. Also, I did start to notice something today. my {Source} is bringing back: NF.WEB-DL, HULU.WEB-DL, AMZN.WEB-DL, Etc. Obviously thats where they came from in the file name. But thats causing issues with my ...

Matching All Episodes of the same source vs mixed issue.
So I'm trying to match all the sources of a single season. and if the match say what it is: DVDRip, BDRip, Etc. But if they are different between them, I want it to show Mixed. and if there is no source Listed, it should just say No Source. So i'm using this: {def sources = model.findAll{ it.n == n ...

Re: is there a way to run CLI to auto name/organize my videos?
So for example today I added 350 movies to the UI. About 85 I had to manually either select the correct name or skip it as it wasn't listed. 90% of those had the match as the first result.. but I don't know if it would be smart to auto select it. What's strict mode and how do I enable it? I'm assumi...

is there way to find a CSV File and have it return null?
So i have an odd situation in a recent change to my movie naming script. I have a part of it that puts it in Animation or live action sub folders. and i today i added stand-up to that list. as stand-up isn't a genre i have a csv file with 1,300 standup shows listed. and each returns Stand-Up. - simp...

Re: Is there a way to add to bindings? (i.e. normalized {source} values)
sorry i didn't get notifications of these replies. the new {vs} seems useful. but yeah i agree WEB-DL and WEBRip should be different. but in my case i'm okay with assuming WEB is WEB-DL apart from that. reading this i realized i could probably just create a CSV file with a mapping from WEB:WEB-DL th...

both work out of the box It doesn't though. I can't define my own way to match my media. I can only type in the title and try to match it one at a time that way. Request: Custom Matching pattern.
So I have 2 related feature request. First. A custom matching pattern. So we can tell filebot how our media is named so it can pull out the correct parts of the gil a name to match against. I have a crazy awesome complex naming script that works well. Until I make a change and have to go through the...

Ok i found the issue it is the critic rating.
was that changed?
it appears if i change it to:
it'll work though. hmm. strange.
Code: Select all
{" ["+(rating)+"★]"}
it appears if i change it to:
Code: Select all
{" ["+rating+"★]"}

Re: [SyntaxError: unable to resolve class rating] Movie Name (Year)
What is your format? Can your provide a minimal example the reproduces the issue? i didn't include that cause my script is fairly big and complex. I'm not sure what part is causing the issue, i'd assume either the Critic rating or the content rating. but i'm not sure if its either of those parts. b...
