Re: Renaming folders only

Awesome, thank you. Renaming now. So far only 2 have popped up to ask, but both had the choice available for me as the number 1, tt0364343 and tt0416449. I still had to edit the jar though, because all of my nfo's match the filename.

Thank you for the update though.

Re: Renaming folders only

I'm at a stand still with my extra renaming until we can figure out, and by we obviously I mean you, ;) why the nfo's aren't being picked up the same way in disk mode as they are in file mode (100% matches). Maybe it's a simple tweak in the r1145 I can change, hopefully, or maybe a new jar? Thank yo...

Re: Renaming folders only

For some reason I never did get notified of those posts you made btw. Anyways, I have an issue with this renaming now. I love it, it's awesome... EXCEPT... that somehow the logic it uses is different or something. If I drag in a folder into the original r1145 it matches right away using my nfo. If I...

Re: Renaming folders only

Uploaded a new with some tweaks. Exclude rules are now updated from online like release group data. I think updating it like that is better than static, personally. Nice. I was wondering if I should add movie.nfo as diskfolder entry by default. If you have a movie.nfo then I suppose the folder is p...

Re: Renaming folders only

2. If its not zero-conf it's useless. And without assuming its one NFO per folder it's hard to tell what's a movie folder and what's not. 3. Maybe I should fine tune this. Let me know if you find more things that get wrongfully excluded. 2. Like I say, I think if it's in the format window, a checkb...

Re: Renaming folders only

1. Oh man this is perfect, thank you. This is exactly what I was looking for. Handles the whole folder and leaves the contents intact. Perfect!! I can't really ask for better than this. I'll admit though I was a little nervous editing that file in regular notepad, worrying about the encoding of it a...

Re: Small cosmetic enhancements

XBMC and things like that handle that. Name (2012).nfo Name (2012) CD1.avi Name (2012) CD2.avi Check the example format expressions: Special case to add ".CD1" to .nfo files that belong to a multi-CD set (e.g. movie-cd1.avi, movie-cd1.nfo, movie-cd2.avi, ...) as required by HTPC software ...

I already renamed them to match, but I guess they would still be in the rename history.

Re: Renaming folders only

If I didn't have the fanart and posters and stuff downloaded already, I'd just throw the files back into filebot gui with the new directory format and {fn} and I'd be set. But this way I'll have to re-download all that stuff again. Frustrating. Or drag and drop the contents of each folder. Also frus...

Re: Small cosmetic enhancements

In anycase I'm connecting mediainfo bindings to the next best video file as well now for .nfo files just like I do for subtitles, no harm in that. Another tweak with this. I love it btw, way nicer for me to have the match done. For the few times when there is a cd1 and cd2 though it doesn't get mat...

Re: Unexpected subtitle behavior

So out of 86 srt files that were in the batch 25 of them didn't get the proper media binding and don't match video file names. Strange thing to me, is that all 25 are from the same release group FXG. There were 6 other FXG srts that went through just fine, but strange that they all have something in...

Re: Renaming folders only

So, for going back over the folders I did and already added artwork and nfos to and stuff, basically what I'm looking for is a way to run a rename on the folder with the new info I've decided on, but for every file in there, just do a {fn} or even ignore it if possible. I guess if I had to, I could ...

Re: Newest Jar

Try r1144. Should be much faster in various aspects when matching loads of movies. I haven't noticed a speed increase yet, but I have noticed that since switching to this one, the movies that give me the java.lang.nullpointerexception with imdb matching used to do the same with tmdb. Now instead it...

Re: Newest Jar

'/' should be cleaned up automatically... in some cases anyway. In some maybe. But the movie face off and superman doomsday both ended up with a "/". I threw in a n.replace to replace / and \ with a space but one of them turned everything red (\)and said I couldn't use it. I have the .rep...

Re: Newest Jar

I know I've brought this up in the past, but I'm going to say it again. It would be awesome if, when filebot fails, it could fail on that file and keep going like I think the scripting can. Just grey out the files that it can't handle, or get errors and let you process the rest. If you have to crash...

Re: Newest Jar

So I think a few times the lack of green arrow was from windows explorer crashing and filebot continuing to run. I'm guessing it relies on something in explorer that gets broken when it crashes and restarts. I still have 3 movies that take forever to go from green arrow to new title. I don't know if...

Re: Newest Jar

When you click match and the right side gets populated with the titles and an hour glass beside each one does it wait for a process to put that little green arrow on the hour glass? I've had a few times now where it will match a large batch but then just sit there. No little green arrow appears on t...

Re: Newest Jar

Ok, the latest news with the jar. That problem file I had before with the null error, still there with imdb. When I match with tmdb it's all good. I like the imdb info, but I don't like how slow it can match. tmdb is fast, but if I have to choose between info from imdb and tmdb I choose imdb. Now I ...

Re: Newest Jar

I just thought you had to use imdb.whatever for each one, which so far with my testing I do have to. In my post above I edited afterwards by doing just what you said before you said it. I renamed a file with {imdb} so it would spit out it's list of options and then I edited my post and copied and pa...

Re: Newest Jar

Thanks for pointing that out, but I already stumbled across that. One more thing about imdbid though I want to do: {" [Imdb tt0$imdb.Imdbid]"} but the problem is that some ids are 6 digits with a zero in front and some are 7. Ok well they are all 7, but the ones that have a zero in front s...

That was the first thing I tried after googling it. Those didn't work right away for me, but what eventually did work with a lot of trial and error was: {" [Voted ${imdbapi.rating.round()}]"} Thank you for the help though I took everything else out of the movie format and had only this in ...

Re: Newest Jar

Maybe I'll wait again. 2. Hmmm I think I'll do that for my new stuff especially, since newest stuff is most likely to change already and the old stuff will become static folders that don't change. So instead of {" [Voted {imdbapi.rating}]"} what would I need to put to round up over .5 and ...

Re: Newest Jar

1. I sent one, but can send more via pm 2. Cool, my hope was if I get another version of the same movie later on it throws it into the same folder, which may change when that rating changes, I don't know an easy way around that. It would be not to have the rating there, but I want it for anyone brow...
