Not working

I add files, I click rename via tvdb, it just spins around, does nothing

TheTVDB is down. Please use a different database in the meanwhile, or try again tomorrow.

i have tried all of the databases and none of them are working for the tv series. Any suggestions on what I can do ? I just purchased this software.

EDIT:

If you're using UNC paths, then that's broken, but you can use mapped network drives instead:

How about rolling back changes rather than telling us not to use UNC. I would rather not map a drive. Please either fix this or roll back your update.
