Windows 10 License revoked

I've already bought the programm twice. I bought the normal livetime version three years ago from the website. Early 2020 it stopped working, so I bought the windows 10 version from the Microsoft Store. Today, a few months later I tried to start the programm again and nothing happend. So I deinstalled and tried do download it again. But I can't download it because i allegedly haven't bought it...

I love the programm but I'm not willing to pay for it a third time.

If you have purchased FileBot from this website via Paddle, please post your license number. What does the error message say when you can't activate your license?

If you have purchased FileBot via the Microsoft Store, then you are a Microsoft customer. We don't have access to Microsoft customer data, so only Microsoft Support can help you with your Microsoft Store purchase.
