How do I recover a Microsoft Store purchase via Paddle?

Hi, I purchased a license Mar 16, 2018 when it was still through the Microsoft Store (Order 8567980485). I contacted PADDLE and they have no record of my purchase.
You cannot recover a FileBot universal license key from a Microsoft Store purchase. Microsoft Store purchases and Mac App Store purchases and Paddle website checkout purchases are completely separate and independent, one doesn't know about the other, and neither includes any of the others.

:arrow: You can use your Microsoft Store purchase by installing FileBot via the Microsoft Store. Make sure that you're logged-in with the Microsoft Account that made the purchase. Make sure to uninstall all editions of FileBot that you may have installed, and then make sure to exclusively install and update FileBot via the Microsoft Store.
