:?: How did you purchase FileBot? Do you still have your confirmation email? Do you know your PX order number?

:?: What makes you think that your license has been revoked?

:?: What does the error message say? What do you see?

This line suggests that you have purchased a license key from this website.

This line suggests that you have not purchased a license key from this website, and are perhaps trying to install via the Microsoft Store instead? Because you don't need a license key to download or install FileBot from this website.

If purchased via this website:

You can download and install FileBot without purchasing it:

If your license was revoked or banned or just doesn't work for any reason, then you will get a clear unmistakable error message:

If purchased via the Microsoft Store:

We have absolutely no control over purchases made through the Microsoft Store. We cannot refund. We cannot revoke. We cannot even get a list of customers. The Microsoft Store thoroughly disconnects businesses from consumers, for better or worse.

The Microsoft Store will remember your purchases. If you have purchased a product with your current Microsoft account already then it will show up as purchased and allow you to reinstall without purchase. In fact, you cannot purchase the same product twice with the same Microsoft account even if you tried. If you have multiple Microsoft accounts, then there is a good chance that your purchase was made with another Microsoft account, and so doesn't show up if you are using a different account now.
