I keep getting this error when trying to run the Filebot Platform launcher. I've tried re-installing (using chocolatey) but doesn't seem to work. Any suggestions?

This is also happening in windows 8.1. I had installed the latest SE, uninstalled the latest SE and installed the last SE that I had known working...and the platform version still crashed. I went to the previous version of filebot with the last known working version of SE and platform still crashed...found a video on the web to put in the environment variables _JAVA_OPTIONS -Xmx256M and filebot platform still crashed. However...I'm not thinking that filebot platform may have an issue...because, minecraft is also having an issue...so...maybe it's time to reload our machines to a clean slate. I'll start up a virtual machine and let you know my findings.
