Sysprep and file 4.8

I'm getting filebot from the ms store. The machine that I am sysprepping is a window 10. I keep getting an error that says file is only for one user and I would like to install filebot and then sysprep it. John

What does sysprep mean? Presumably, the Microsoft Store only allows you to auto-install from the Store if logged in, but can't redistribute software purchased on the Store. You might wanna ask Microsoft Support about your specific use-case.
