Unable to drag and drop after Windows 10 update

Just like the title says, I did a recent update to Windows 10 1803 and I am unable to drag and drop. I get a circle with a line through it. Clicking the load button causes the app to crash and I have to close via task manager. I am successfully able to rename using command line. For example "filebot -rename titanic1997.mp4" does work. I have tried uninstalling the app and re-installing, and running as administrator. The error.log in the app-data directory is empty.

Please run filebot -script fn:sysinfo and post the output.

That is very strange indeed. Does loading files work if you use the Load button to select files via the FileDialog?

Are you perhaps running FileBot and Windows Explorer as different users (e.g. one as admin, one as normal user) which might block IPC / DnD between the processes?

FileBot crashes when I try to use the load button and I have to force close via the task manager.

I try running the app as admin when I get home.

Not sure then. Windows factory reset will probably do the trick.

Just PM me your name + gmail and I'll issue you a complimentary universal license for the non-Store version. You can use that to avoid Store issues for the time being.

Ok, will do. I also tried running the app as administrator and that also did not work.
