Filebot No Subtitle Found, but manual search works

Post by asyba »

Angel 1999
Season 3
https://www.opensubtitles.org/es/ssearc ... movie-4742

"No Subtitle Found".

It found like 6 episodes but the others of the season can't find it.

I try with All log level, but nothing shows about what exactly can't find.

What is "Exact Search" and "Fuzzy Search" ?
It just open web browser with home page of OpenSubtitles.

1.
Screenshots?

2.
 [OpenSubtitles] Exact VS Fuzzy Subtitle Search

EDIT:

I realize now that you're clicking on the Image Exact Search status indicator and not the Image Exact Search button. Clicking on any of the status indicator links will indeed open the selected database.

"Exact" and "Fuzzy" buttons useless, only opens opensubtitle home page.

Strange. No idea. Maybe OpenSubtitles just isn't work or sends back bogus response data. Maybe just bad luck.

 I tried Angel - 3x06 - Billy.mkv (0 byte file) in English and I do get a few matches though.

I tried with English, but almost the same issue.

No logging? Errors? No idea why we get different results.

 Press F5 then click Image button to print the log. Maybe it'll give us some hints.
