Show titles are all returned as "TBA"

Post by edifus »

I've had Filebot watcher running and working perfectly in a docker container but recently show titles are all "TBA". When I run the Windows version, show titles appear correctly.

I've tried clearing the Filebot cache but still continue to get TBA for all show titles.

What does filebot -list say?

Code: Select all

filebot -list --q "The Bad Batch" --db TheTVDB

 Make sure to shutdown all filebot instances before clearing the cache. If you clear the cache away from a running filebot instance, nothing will happen because Linux will keep the file handle around for as long as someone is using it, even if the file path has already been deleted.

 Alternatively, wait for a few days and then try again.

I do have multiple instances running but it's an inotify script - Filebot should only be running when something new shows up and gets triggered. I have shutdown all containers and cleared cache again and that might be part of the issue. Most shows return full episode lists without TBA now. This particular show seems to have some missing data on TheTVDB. I will keep an eye on things to see if cache becomes stale again.

Code: Select all

$ filebot -list --q "The Bad Batch" --db TheTVDB
Initialize new disk cache: /data/.filebot/cache/0
The Bad Batch - 1x01 - Aftermath
The Bad Batch - 1x02 - Cut and Run
The Bad Batch - 1x03 - Replacements
The Bad Batch - 1x04 - Cornered
The Bad Batch - 1x05 - Rampage
The Bad Batch - 1x06 - Decommissioned
The Bad Batch - 1x07 - Battle Scars
The Bad Batch - 1x08 - Reunion
The Bad Batch - 1x09 - TBA
The Bad Batch - 1x10 - Common Ground
The Bad Batch - 1x11 - Devil's Deal
The Bad Batch - 1x12 - Rescue On Ryloth
The Bad Batch - 1x13 - Infested
The Bad Batch - 1x14 - War Mantle
The Bad Batch - 1x15 - TBA
The Bad Batch - 1x16 - TBA

Clearing the cache isn't typically necessary, since FileBot will fetch new data every few days anyway. If you do have issues with missing data for brand new episodes, then best course of action is to just be lazy, and process your files 2-3 days after release.
