Unable to force match with AniDB

Post by Dustboo »

I'm having trouble getting a match on a OVA from AniDB. I'm using the GUI on filebot_4.7.7_amd64.deb.

There are two releases of an OVA, a seven episode series from 1999 and a one episode video from 2010, but FileBot only seems to be able to pull the 2010 listing. I've tried to do a forced search and a searching using the episodes tool, but the 2010 one is the only one that comes up. I have confirmed both exist on the AniDB website.

Does FileBot used a cashed episode listing from AniDB? Or is it using the actual DB/API to get the information? Is there a way to search using AniDB's aid# to point to the correct one directly?

Screenshots attached. Yes it's adult material but I've clipped out anything 18+. Any suggestions would help.

Yep, I can confirm the issue. This will probably take some time.
