Hi !
Filebot is doing things right, but when copying files to output directory, it creates the path as i would do on PLEX structure. Can it be supressed please ? I prefer to have all renamed files on the same place, and then move to plex structure handmade... to control missing renamings... Any help or better solutions ? The good thing would be something like Hazel but on Synology. I mean, if i validate a file, then move to a special folder and a task for example, wouñd move to the correct path on PLEX folders.
Thanks again,
Filebot (Synology) - just copy renamed files on SAME directory

The output format is up to you:

Presumably, you're trying to do something like this:
viewtopic.php?t=4116
If you're using Plex, then I strongly advise you against organizing files yourself. Why not have FileBot organize files nice and clean and consistent?
You can use --def unsorted=y to have FileBot process files that failed renaming into a separate folder. That way you can easily deal with them manually, because they all end up in one place.
