edit: ok after 9 minutes it finished fine. Never had these problems and never it was running for a long time. Any idea how to do it faster?
Please reboot your NAS, and then open FileBot Node and click Tools ➔ System Information and copy & paste the output here.
You can log in via SSH and use htop check if filebot is still running. If you're running out of memory, then FileBot will slow to a crawl due to memory swapping, at which point you can either wait for a very long time, or give up and kill the process or reboot your machine.
