Bug report to submit refund request

I'm sorry if I didn't follow the instructions properly. I am trying to request a refund, and the thread said that I needed to post a bug report first. I don't necessarily have a bug to report, so feel free to delete this post.

What is the reason for your refund request? Is something not working as expected? What does the error message say? What is your use case? Screenshots?


:arrow: If you don't have a technical problem, please contact Paddle (our payment processor) directly with your payment details and order number so that they can lookup your order and refund it directly on their end.
