Error on synology

Hello guys,

I had this error when i try to naviagte in the "Input folder" button."Loading data" then directly after, this message

Is anything working server-side? Most likely the Filebot Node WebUI can't connect to the Filebot Node Service.

Package Center -> FileBot Node -> View Log -> What does the log say?

Are you accessing the NAS from the internet? Does your firewall allow TCP traffic on ports 5452 and 5453 or is it blocked?

Hi I just installed Filebot on y my Synology DS 213j with DSM 6 and I get an error window when I run the node or want to do anything with program. See screenshot:


I wanted to also copy the log text from the package center, but I don't know how to do that.
Just copying the text doesn't work. Sorry.

That was the thing as I said I don't know how to copy the log file.
BUT now after another restart of the system it suddenly works, strange.
But thank you very much anyway.
Maybe you can tell em nevertheless how to copy the log file from the package center?

I'm getting the same error as well, and am unable to copy the log file contents.

Does this possibly have something to do with the latest DSM update? FileBot is running, but I can't get FileBot Node to start.

I have exactly the same error since the last synology update and no logs when I go to the Packet manager.
Filebot-node appears to be stopped and it is impossible to make it running.

I had the exact same error and coulnd't start "Filebot-Node" after updating Synology to 6.1.

I fixed it by uninstalling Filebot-Node and reinstall it. easy and fast fix.

Note:
If for some reason like i had. Filebot node is not found in package center. Even though you added filebot Package Source and certificate etc...
Then install it manualy.
- download http://downloads.sourceforge.net/projec ... noarch.spk
- Install manualy in package center.

Uninstalling and reinstalling it has also been the solution for me
