I apologize if this has been addressed before, but the term "red" was deemed too common to show up in search...

After matching, what does it mean if in the right column, some of the proposed renamed files' row is red?

The color means that something doesn't look right, like if the SxE numbers don't match. It doesn't mean that you can't rename files, it just means that you better have a look and double check things before you hit Rename.
