Unfortunately, the amc script does not support selective settings for different content types, other than different formats.
You can write your own launcher script, that then call different filebot commands depending on the situation, i.e. with subtitle options for movies, but without for tv shows. This way you can also force Movie mode / TV mode right away based on your own criteria, making the amc script work more smoothly.
