FileBot Doesn't Seem to Acknowledge My VIP OpenSubtitles Account
Posted: 25 Feb 2020, 04:57
Hi,
I recently signed up for a VIP opensubtitles account for the 1000 per day subtitles and, more importantly, the lack of the ads in the downloaded subtitles.
If I log in to opensubtitles directly, I am able to download ad-free subtitles. When using the Filebot GUI, I log in and it tells me my limit for the day is 1000. Of those 1000, I only downloaded 15 or so. That is all good. However, when I use the Filebot GUI for subtitles, I download them and open them and there are ads in the .srt files.
It looks, to me, like Filebot is not quite acknowledging my VIP opensubtitles acccount, sort of. I mean, it does capture the 1000 daily limit.
I'm not sure if it helps or not but I run the following command
and it gives me the below output:
Any idea on what Filebot may be doing differently than me using opensubtitles directly? Any other info I can provide on this?
Thanks,
Scott

global_24h_download_limit = 200

Done ?(?????)?
