Thank you for your reply.
Actually conflict auto is selected, and gets run every time. Still the duplicate Source videos stay in the incoming Folder, and the duplicated Movie gets added to "sorted" output Folder, next to the previous Video.

I'm sorry, I need some more guidance regarding:

1. How to cleanup the current folder
2. How to make sure future downloads get treated properly.

What I'm trying to achieve for new files:
1. Check if movie already exists. If yes, then
2. Check if new file has a higher quality, or is a repack. If yes, then
3. Remove to be replaced Movie from Source Folder (ergo in the Output folder too), and use new, better Video file.

Would be super happy, if you could give me some further help.

Thanx!

If your format produces unique file paths for duplicate episodes, then --conflict auto won't work.

In this case the duplicates script may be able to help you help you delete duplicates after they've been sorted by the AMC script.

Why don't you try Duplicate Files Deleter? It will do a thorough search of your hard disk and find out the two or more duplicate files of the same file which may be stored at different locations.

This will not work for logical duplicates, e.g. different encodings of the same episode.

Please refrain from advertising for Duplicate Files Deleter when it's not a suitable solution.
