Is there a way to organize files that are already downloaded?

Running FileBot from the console, Groovy scripting, shell scripts, etc

I essentially want to be able to organize large groups of files the same way the amc script does. Only difference being that they're already downloaded, so running from uTorrent wont really help.

Do you want to use the GUI or the CLI? If you're looking for a CLI tool that you can call yourself, then you've already found the amc script to do just that. uT calling filebot isn't any different from you using the the shell to call filebot.

 Please read the Run from cmdline section of the amc script manual.
 Please read the FAQ and How to Request Help.
