uTorrent - Windows - Cleanup

I moved my torrent downloading from mac to windows as I have server on 24-7, and I am using the script that I used from mac with the necessary changes. This all works perfectly.

I need some help with the clean function, my understanding is that the script wont delete any files as it is still being used by utorrent for seeding, is there a way i can run another script, which will run when the torrent has finished seeding? e.g. remove the torrent from utorrent, delete all the files/folder and torrent data?

Could this script run when torrent changes state or something in utorrent?

You can always use the cleaner script whenever you want. Maybe have it triggered every 24h.
