FileBot

I have a bunch of anime series, some going up to 900 episodes. Problem is, plex and filebot keeps reading episode 101 as s1e01, and this will just mess up everything. I'm unsure how I resolve this issue. Any advice on how I can get filebot to read the episodes in correct order?
