Anime naming format + SxxExx

Post by SH4LT1S »

I got the following folders:
One Piece Season 01 (East Blue) EP 001-062
One Piece Season 02 (Entering The Grand Line) EP 063-077
Etc...

Naming is like this : One piece - (Episode No) - (Episode name)
How can I rename it to: One piece (S01eXX) (Episode name) (Absolute episode no), One piece (S02eXX) (Episode name) (Absolute episode no) and so on?

Here's some general advice on how to convert Absolute to SxE numbers:

You can change the naming scheme in Format Editor to whatever you like. Select Edit Format Image or double-click a New Names item to open the Format Editor.

NOTE: Anime don't have season numbers so converting AniDB absolute numbers to TheTVDB SxE numbers ImageImage can be tricky.

If you need specific help for your specific use case, then I'll need one or two sample file paths and example output paths (specific, not generalized place holders) so I can run few tests, and come up with a solution for you:
