[bug?] Fetching subtitles

I have an issue with subtitle fetching

Get [French] subtitles for 1 files
Looking up subtitles by hash via OpenSubtitles
Lookup by hash failed: The response could not be parsed.

do you have an solution out of the box for that erroe or you need more logs

This one is most likely caused by OpenSubtitles API being down internally, and the server responding with some sort of HTML error page, instead of XML search results.

Try again tomorrow.
