1ch PCM sources are not tagged with codec, frame rate, etc.
see pics.
Tags appear normally with most files.
1 channel (mono) PCM movie
where are the tags?

sample file ?
my money is on format problem
try with only this format

How to Request Help. The sysinfo output would be most helpful, so we can see what version of MediaInfo is being used. A small sample file would be most helpful to try this ourselves and come up with a solution.
