I have paid for a new license (2nd year running ) but I have been waiting for the email and it still hasn't arrived yet.
Mailbox isin't full and I am receiving emails from filebot.net email address and Paddle.
Paypal receipt has also arrived so I don't believe it is an issue with my email
Any help available on this?
