xcb_xlib_threads_sequence_lost is definitely UI related. I reckon that as far as the CLI is concerned, you'll never run into any related issue.
If you could try the latest beta release? That would be appreciated. It shouldn't crash on startup, but might still crash when JavaFX is actually being used later on during runtime, though it also might not.

This is just missing dependencies, unrelated to
_XREPLY, and can be ignored if you don't need support for MediaInfo or AcoustID:
