Python version?

Post by lospo »

I tried to install FB on multiple system, openelec is the lastest and always i have a lot of problem with java.
Every KODI instead has a functional build-in python engine.

I don't know how hard could it be, nut why don't you plan a python version?

Thanks

You clearly have no idea.
why don't you plan a python version?
I have a life.

PS: A full rewrite would take no less than 5.000 engineering hours (rough estimate) and years of bug fixing and performance tuning. :ugeek:

If you're using some weird Linux distribution that doesn't have a package manager, then you could try my java-installer shell script:

They'd be better off with OSMC over Openelec. OpenElec bills itself "as just enough OS to run Kodi". OSMC is Debian Jessie based with APT/DEB support.
