FileBot

The file is locally stored on my Mac, not on a network storage or something. Adding files via the load button works!

Just download the latest package again and it should work.

Drag and Drop is still not working for me after the newest 3.2 update. Using Windows 8.

Did it work before? If it's not working on Windows that's wierd cause I develop on Windows 7. Maybe general Java 7 + Windows 8 issues.

Yeah it worked on Windows 7 no problem. I don't think it has worked at all on Windows 8, but yeah I chalk it up to Java issues. Anything I can do to try to get it working on my end? Really sucks to not have it. Makes the program go from ease of use to a pain to change folders in-app.

edit: have already set it to run as administrator and compatibility of Windows 7. Those settings let PS3 Media Server work correctly for me, which also uses Java, but no dice for FileBot.

Is there supposed to be any output in the droplog.jar box?

Whenever I try to DnD it just has a circle with a line through it. Can't put any files directly into it like I used to be able to on Windows 7. Nothing is output to the droplog file when it's open.

That sounds like there is something fundamentally broken with Java Swing on Windows 8. Nothing I can do but it'll probably magically work with some future Java updates.

Thanks for the reply. I'll see if I can get java to update. It is really odd on Windows 8.
