Artwork retrieval returning 0 bytes

Post by walkme70 »

I've noticed that the artwork for poster/banner/fanart/folder/ is returning 0 bytes files. The others images are working fine. This happens on every TV series I try and Movies.

I don't see any errors when running the commands, see below, so any help would be appreciated.

Code: Select all

Z:\>"c:\Program Files\FileBot\filebot.exe" -version
FileBot 4.7.9 (r4984) / Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment 1.8.0_161 / Windows Server 2016 10.0 (amd64)

Code: Select all

Z:\>"c:\Program Files\FileBot\filebot.exe" -script fn:sysinfo
FileBot 4.7.9 (r4984)
JNA Native: 5.1.0
MediaInfo: 0.7.93
7-Zip-JBinding: 9.20
Chromaprint: 1.4.2
Extended Attributes: OK
Unicode Filesystem: OK
Script Bundle: 2017-11-21 (r512)
Groovy: 2.4.10
JRE: Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment 1.8.0_161

OS: Windows Server 2016 (amd64)

Done ?(?????)?
When i run the command manually, it still returns 0 bytes, when I check the URL in the browser I can see the image.

This bug has been fixed in newer versions. It'll work with the latest FileBot 4.7.14 or higher.

Thanks. I've just purchased it to get the latest version, but as it's a Windows Store app now how do I install on to the Server ?

I'm not sure. Some people say it's possible to use the Store on Windows Server. Some say it's not. I don't personally use Windows Server so I'm not sure.

 Please PM me your Gmail email address so I can make a private MSI installer available to you.

Strange, I am running 4.7.9. I used to have this issue, but at least on the latest 2 movies I downloaded, the artwork is looking fine.

Did TDB make changes on their end to fix this for 4.7.9 perhaps?

The issue occurred due to server side changes, so it's entirely possible that things are fixed again now due to new server side changes that fix things.
