Yes. Here's an example of the path {plex} might give you. Note the Season 01 folder:

TV Shows/Alias/Season 01/Alias - S01E01 - Truth Be Told

What version of FileBot are you using? Please run filebot -script fn:sysinfo and post the output.

{plex} does not uses Season XX
