Filebot (window store) not starting on Win10

Hi,
Filebot (windows store) is not starting anymore (win10) from the starting menu. It starts from command line but drag&drop is not working. I was not able to identify exactly when the issue appeared, might be linked to recent win10 update.
tried deinstallation/re-installation/repair - NOK
repair win10 install - NOK
install beta 4.8.5 - OK! (starts & drag/drop functionnal)
