reimbursement

In part because i can't type, and also because the license is delivered to an unverified email, I purchase a lifetime license that was sent to an email that I do not control.

I am not unsatisfied with filebot, in fact i purchased a second license and got it sent to the right email immediatly after i understood what a dumbass I am.

So i need that first purchase reimbursed, thank you.

Please contact Paddle Support so they can retrieve your Order Number using your Payment information:
https://paddle.com/support/contact/

Once you have your Order Number, then I can find your order and refund it.

Alright, I've submitted a ticket to paddle. I will post an update as soon as i have recovered the order number.

Well, the people at paddle's support went ahead and refunded the purchase.
The purchase order was #7627038, but it is my understanding that you don't have much, if anything, left to do.
