Symlinks rotated 90deg

Hi
Brand new Filebot user trying to create symlinks for Emby to follow, I've started by using AMC called from CMD to test.
The symlinks get created but will not play in Emby. if I try to play them manually I find the video files have all been turned 90Deg clockwise!
