Paddle flagged Payment

So I submitted a purchase to order a license for Filebot via Paddle, and I'm pretty sure the transaction was flagged. Sadly I had my VPN on at the time, which may have made them think it's identity theft. I don't want to wait it out, I would like to get Filebot up and running as soon as possible. Is there any way to tell them to remove the flag?

Not sure. Did you get an email from them?

Paddle has a contact form on their website that you can use for issues and inquiries.
