About half of the movie torrents that I re-named with Filebot seem to have lost their file extension/properties. When i click them in Windows explorer i get the "how do you want to open this file?" screen and the files do work if i select a media player, but they aren't showing up in KODI because they aren't recognised as video files.
What did i do to create this mess? I've been downloading torrents, renaming them with filebot and then adding them to my kodi library without issue since it was called XBMC.

Screenshots? Logs? Windows? Mac? Linux? GUI? CLI? amc script? Did you perhaps click on Extension: Override and then continue to ignore all the MISSING EXTENSION warnings? FileBot can override the extension, but this is disabled by default, and must be explicitly enabled manually each time if you do want to use this feature.
