Filebot skip season

Hi there,

Fresh install on my nas i've reinstalled filebot (Beta 4.90)
But i've encounter a strange problem
indeed on some files Filebot can't detect season, but on the next episode with the same name (just increment episode) no problem, see there

Thank you for the answer, but if the title isn't exists in french, Filebot select english.
So i've try to set english on the parameters and the result is exactly the same

Please post the complete text in the console area. In particular, the first line will show the command-line call, which we'll definitely need to reproduce the issue.


:idea: My guess, it's not that the season value is missing, it's that the episode match is completely wrong, possibly a special episode which doesn't have seasons. Use {plex} as format if you have issues with your custom format, to establish a baseline: https://thetvdb.com/series/this-is-us/s ... official/4

What happens if you use {plex} as format?



EDIT:

--order Absolute is being used as preferred order, so you can expect {s} to always be undefined, unless TheTVDB absolute number is undefined, in which case it'll default to SxE numbers.

:arrow: Use --order Airdate instead, if you want SxE numbers.
