I have not received my license

I used PayPal to purchase my license last night via Paddle, but have not received it yet, after more than 12 hours. I have contacted them, but all I got was their auto-reply. I only saw the note on here to use gmail after my made my purchase, so I had no idea that was preferred; I used my hotmail address instead. Naturally, I checked the junk mail folder there. All I have to show for my purchase is the PayPal receipt email.

What (else) do I need to do to get my license?

If all you have is your PayPal confirmation number, then only Paddle can use that too lookup your Paddle order number, which is what we'd need to find and resend your license:
