Setting Media Name as Title Name

Was just curious if it is possible when renaming to use the renamed structure to change the title inside the media file to match?
Possible, but highly discouraged, because modifying files comes with a risk of corrupting files. Also, requires 3rd party tools that my not be available or easy to setup on your OS.
