Hey Team,

There is the wrong name & email address on a license I purchased a while ago.

The name is the person on the credit card (this can stay, but would prefer it to be in my name).

The email is an old school email of mine that I no longer have access to

Is there a way for me to change this info??...

I figured if I ever lose the key I would have no way of recovering it if these are the (wrong) details on the order number.

We can generally re-issue license keys to a different name / email address, but only if the purchase is less than a year old, since the records get archived away from the license system after that time.
