Folder renaming

Hi,

I tried searching the forum, but all my keywords kept being regarded as too common, so I'll just ask my question here.
Is it possible to rename (not move files to a different folder with a new name) movie folders along with the movie files ?
Thing is I have other files also in the folders which I would like to keep there, but when I'm renaming with Filebot they will be left behind and only the renamed files will be in the new folder.

Thanks in advance, love the app, done all my series renaming in a flash.

Thanks for the quick reply - 1 problem, I can't seem to find the line "pattern.diskfolder.entry" etc....
Should I just open the jar file in notepad ?

7zip works great to edit files in archives.
